Confinement, viralité et formes de vie
Colloque, films, performances, November 26-27 th, 2020
The pandemic engages new forms of life, mediated by technologies and organized by a virality that is not only biological. How can we describe, analyze, perform and divert these confined forms of life? This colloquium focuses on several points: the ambiguity of virality between biology and information, the accentuation of the distance involved in the sensitive relationship, and the role of digital technologies in confinement.
The colloquium brings together theoretical presentations and artistic performances. It takes place entirely “remotely”, in “visio”, on the same platforms where “home schooling” and online aperitifs take place. The idea is to use distance to invent collective modes of expression.
